A nine month program for community people to develop and exercise social leadership. You can take charge of your social support, education and health care through a personal budget. Are a tool to make social inclusion work for people with disabilities, mental illnesses, vulnerable children and families, single young parents, and others struggling with social isolation.

The office at the Glen is open from 8am-3pm Monday Friday. If you ring outside these times the phone may be answered by clients in the program and not staff members.
